Get to know EasyHear.
Product details, ordering, and support — before and after your purchase.
What is EasyHear?
EasyHear is a rechargeable, completely-in-canal digital hearing aid designed for everyday, mild-to-moderate hearing support. It's small, discreet, and ready to use right out of the case.
Do I need a hearing test or a prescription?
No prescription is required. That said, if you have concerns about your hearing, we recommend talking with an audiologist or hearing care professional, especially before your first fitting.
What settings does it have?
EasyHear has 4 listening modes and 5 volume levels, with 16-channel sound processing and noise reduction to help balance clarity and comfort in different environments. It also powers on and off automatically.
How long does the battery last?
A full 1.5-hour charge lasts about 20 hours of use. The included charging case holds roughly 4 additional recharges, so you can go several days between outlets.
What's included in the box?
Your EasyHear kit includes a pair of hearing aids, 20 ear tips in a range of sizes, 2 cleaning brushes, 8 earwax protectors, a charging cable and charger, a user manual, and a charging case.
How do I find the right ear tip size?
Try a few of the included sizes and start with the one that feels the most snug and comfortable without being tight. Your user manual includes a full fitting guide.
Can I use EasyHear if I have a pacemaker or another implanted device?
Talk to your doctor before use if you have a pacemaker, another implanted electrical device, or a condition your doctor manages closely.
Does EasyHear replace a visit to an audiologist?
No. It's not a substitute for diagnosis or treatment of hearing loss by a qualified professional. If you experience sudden hearing loss, pain, drainage, or dizziness, see a doctor promptly.
What if EasyHear doesn't work for me?
You're covered by our 45-day home trial. If you're not satisfied, contact us within that window and we'll walk you through a return. See our Returns page for details.
What does the 45-day trial actually cover?
You can try EasyHear at home for 45 days from delivery. If it's not right for you, contact us within that window and we'll authorize a return and refund. You're responsible for return shipping, and hygiene items like ear tips, brushes, and earwax protectors can't be returned once used. Full details are on our Trial & Returns page.
How is EasyHear different from other inexpensive hearing aids online?
No app, no subscription, and both ears included in the price. If something's wrong, you reach a real person by email, not a form letter — we'd rather compete on those terms than on the loudest ad.
What's the warranty?
EasyHear is backed by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, separate from the 45-day trial window.
Where do you ship, and how long does it take?
We offer free standard shipping within the United States. Orders are typically processed in 1–3 business days, with delivery in 8–15 business days after that.
What does EasyHear cost?
EasyHear is $199, compared to a $399 list price, with free U.S. shipping included.
